Are you a driven sales professional who loves building strong customer relationships and growing business within a dynamic industry? Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our client's team and take ownership of a thriving sales territory in both Brampton and Oshawa. In this role, you'll work directly with commercial clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service that sets us apart in the market.

  • Pay Rate: $60,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience)
  • Location: Brampton and Oshawa, ON

Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing commercial accounts
  • Conduct regular on-site visits and sales calls to understand customer needs
  • Represent the company professionally, ensuring a trusted and knowledgeable presence at all times
Sales Growth & Market Development
  • Identify and secure new commercial accounts to expand market share
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers through proactive outreach
  • Develop sales strategies based on customer demand, market trends, and business goals
Inventory & Order Coordination
  • Track and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to guarantee timely delivery
  • Complete sales documentation, reporting, and paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in commercial tire sales or a related industry is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail in paperwork and inventory tracking
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
