Lead Consultant (Full-Time) — Brooklin, ON (Primary) + Ajax, ON (Support as Needed)
Artisan Aesthetics | CA $20/hour + Commission
Schedule:
Saturdays required + weekday/evening availability
About the Role
Artisan Aesthetics is hiring a Lead Consultant to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while driving consultations, bookings, follow-up, and rebooking.
This role blends consultative selling with strong concierge/front desk execution in a luxury medical aesthetics environment. The position is primarily based in Brooklin, with occasional support shifts in Ajax as needed.
Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
Present packages, memberships, and financing options (e.g., Affirm where applicable)
Convert new leads into booked consultations/treatments and recommend complementary services
Execute outbound follow-ups (hot leads, no-sales, gift card clients, reactivation lists)
Manage front desk flow: bookings, confirmations, reschedules, waitlists, and client communication
Process payments accurately (packages, gift cards, retail/product sales)
Support retail and home-care conversations at checkout
Maintain a polished reception environment aligned with Artisan standards
Maintain PHIPA-compliant confidentiality and professionalism
Collaborate with concierge and clinical providers; support promotions and events as needed
Qualifications
2+ years in a client-facing, consultative sales role (aesthetics/wellness preferred)
Proven ability to perform against targets/KPIs and confidently guide clients to a decision
CRM/booking system experience (Zenoti preferred; strong ability to learn systems quickly)
Professional, organized, and confident communicator (phone, in-person, digital)
Comfortable working at a computer/CRM for extended periods while moving quickly through detailed workflows
Saturdays required; ability to support Ajax as needed
