Full Time Sales Associate – WOW! mobile boutique
Reports to Store Manager. Availability: 32‑40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities- Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
- Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
- Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment as an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.
- Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.
- Consistently achieve all key business metrics.
- Offer a best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Participate in documented coaching conversations.
- Responsible for inventory management: receiving, signing, and securing inventory.
- Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
- Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening and closing the kiosk.
- Complete all required training modules and tasks.
- Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies.
- Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Manage cash, point of sale and inventory systems.
- Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
- Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point‑of‑sale system.
- Available to work during mall hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset.
