Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our product delivery portfolio. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, taking ownership of delegated tasks and driving results.

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Priority Management:
    Balance competing priorities and ensure critical projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Communicate effectively with business, product, and technical teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management.
  • Process Optimization:
    Apply best practices in project management and continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Delegation &Team Support:
    Act as a point of execution for tasks delegated by senior leadership, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications:

    PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
