Wage: $80.50–$100.00 per hour

1to1 Rehab is an accredited, client-focused therapy service provider recognized for excellence in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Nutritional Services. Our interdisciplinary team supports clients across homes, long-term care facilities, and schools throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

We are currently recruiting one part-time / casual Occupational Therapist to support an adult community caseload under secure Ministry funding. Services are provided are hospital-to-home within the following areas:

• Scarborough
• Pickering
• Ajax
• Whitby
• Oshawa
• Bowmanville
• Haliburton
• Northumberland
• Port Perry
• Uxbridge
• Nestleton
• Peterborough

• Completing comprehensive OT assessments focused on functional abilities, environment, and support systems
• Designing evidence-based treatment plans grounded in best practice and aligned with SMART goals
• Collaborating closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful, client-centred goals
• Providing education to clients and caregivers to support ongoing progress
• Implementing creative and engaging strategies that target ADLs, functional mobility, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and other individualized goals
• Evaluating and documenting client progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed
• Some visits may be virtual

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with COTO
• Excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Professional liability insurance
• Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check
