• Full-time position: 37.5–40 hours per week
• Availability Monday–Friday with flexibility for day, evening, and overnight shifts preferred
• Commitment to a consistent, ongoing weekly schedule for the foreseeable future
• Available and willing to see multiple clients throughout the day

• Provide personal care to clients as outlined in their care plans
• Offer companionship and light housekeeping to help clients remain at home
• Prepare meals per client and/or family requests, including various cuisines
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of a Personal Support Worker
• Help with bathing, grooming, linen changes, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercises
• Ensure client safety and use equipment safely and properly
• Operate within your experience and knowledge, practicing safely and competently
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle for work
• Ability to travel between assignments within designated areas; asset if able to reach rural/remote areas
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• PSW certification from an approved educational institution or an equivalent international nursing or doctorate certification
• Negative TB test completed within the last year
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Valid WHMIS 2015 Certificate of Completion
• COVID‑19 vaccination receipt (subject to exemption per Ontario Human Rights Code)
• Immunization for measles, rubella, varicella, tetanus, and diphtheria required; immunization for Hepatitis B strongly advised
• Valid Criminal Record Check completed within the last year
• Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Coordinators when needed
• Good judgment, independent work ability, and cooperative teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
• Asset:
  Current/Valid Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA) Registration
