The Mortgage Manager is a licensed Mortgage Agent stepping into an exciting opportunity with a collaborative, well‑established team at Ltd; a respected brokerage entering an exciting phase of expansion. You’ll be joining The Henry Mortgage Team, a team known for its supportive culture, deep client relationships, and dedication to delivering exceptional results. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the client journey: helping process mortgage applications, supporting initial consultations, and managing a portion of the team’s client portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of mortgage or banking experience who wants to grow quickly within a team that values professionalism, continuous learning, and outstanding client care.
- Verify client information and documentation in preparation for the initial client consultation (virtual or in-office).
- Assist in preparing and conducting the initial consultation in alignment with our 5 Star Client Experience criteria.
- Research and identify the most suitable lenders using our tools, training, and mentorship.
- Assist in providing timely status updates to clients and business partners, maintaining a high‑touch service experience.
- Submit mortgage applications for approval and monitor lender responses.
- Review mortgage approvals and assist clients with signing documents virtually and in person.
- Collect documentation from clients and fulfill outstanding lender conditions.
- Conduct outbound and follow up calls as assigned.
- Uphold and consistently deliver the 5-Star Client Experience throughout every client interaction.
- Must hold a Mortgage Agent license.
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage experience is required. (An agent doing their own business is acceptable)
- 2+ years of mortgage experience is an asset.
- Must have a high attention to detail and be extremely organized.
- Must have a Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and a willingness to support others.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to high‑quality work.
- Proficient computer skills and openness to learning new software.
- Knowledge of Zoho, other CRM’s, Filogix and Velocity is an asset.
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-moving environment.
This position is based out of our office in Courtice – 2727 Courtice Road, Courtice, ON. This is an in‑office position. This is a full‑time position with regular scheduled hours which offers a base salary plus commission.
