Sunday – Thursday Overnight Shift 8:30pm–5:00am or

Monday – Friday Overnight Shift 8:30pm–5:00am

Please note:

Training will take place during day shifts before moving into overnight shift.

Position Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming inquiries and engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner

Actively listen to customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information

Accurately record, maintain, and update customer information in company systems

Provide solutions and support aligned with company policies and service standards

Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to stay informed about current products, services, and policies

Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals

Position

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Strong English verbal and written communication skills

French communication skills considered an asset

Strong computer proficiency (ability to attach documents, work with multiple screens and tabs)

Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self‑motivated

Able to communicate professionally with clients and maintain accuracy when entering information

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Must be available for one of the following overnight shifts:

Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.

Monday – Friday, 8:30 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.
