JAG Healthcare Orrville is looking for individuals to join the direct care team! We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff members for all shifts; both full-time and part-time positions are available, depending on the desired shift. Not a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) yet? We offer a FREE 2-week CNA Training Program through JAG Healthcare!
Employment includes:
- Flexible and stable scheduling
- 8-hour and 12-hour shift options, including swing shifts
JAG Healthcare Orrville is a smaller, 47-bed facility offering both traditional skilled nursing and long-term care as well as a cognitive deficit/behavioral resident care model. We are looking for staff members who are committed to exceptional patient care and continuous quality improvement! Applicants must be team-oriented, dependable, and demonstrate professionalism in the workplace.

Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to)
- Assisting residents with personal-care hygiene
- Answer call lights to determine resident needs
- Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding and drinking
- Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the supervisor as soon as possible
- Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output
- Positively interact with residents, staff, and guests
Skills:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Professionalism, along with speed and attention to detail
