** Your Opportunity as the Manager, Finance Shared Services
** Own the monthly close process, strengthen reporting and analysis, and ensure compliance with GAAP and Company accounting policies — while partnering closely with the business to bring clarity and insight to financial results. You’ll support a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in cross‑functional initiatives that shape how the company operates and grows. ** Hybrid, 40% in office expectation or more depending on business need
** In this role you will:
*** Be responsible for monthly financial close and implement enhancements to reporting and analysis. Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies through appropriate internal control reviews and procedures.
* Review and approve journal entries prepared by staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial closing process.
* Review and approve account reconciliations in accordance with required deadlines and ensure appropriate level of documentation to support through internal and external audits.
* Support an SBA-centric model, providing increased visibility to the SBA Finance team on both Balance Sheet accruals and P&L impact on a monthly and quarterly basis while also increasing the understanding of the P&L and overall business drivers.
* Review and approve allocation drivers to ensure completeness and accuracy to the General Ledger.
* Review and provide input on corporate accounting policies, ensuring compliance.
* Provide support to the organization for cross-functional projects (M&A, divestitures, system implementations, etc.).
* Be able to maintain a continuous improvement mindset and deliver process enhancements over time.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and develop inter-personal relationships with Sales Finance and Marketing Finance.

** Minimum requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
* 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including extensive understanding of accounting policies and guidelines established by management
* Ability to manage and develop staff
* Ability to influence and drive change down, up, and across the organization
* Effective time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Experience in financial systems (Ex: Oracle Cloud GL, Spotfire, and Smart View)
