Senior Building Surveyor

My client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice and is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our team. The role involves delivering high-quality surveying services, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our Building Surveying team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture client relationships, driving business growth
Lead tender submissions and secure new projects
Mentor and supervise junior staff and graduate surveyors
Provide expert advice on building surveying matters
Prepare technical and financial reports, ensuring high-quality output
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the practice
Maintain compliance with company policies, RICS standards, and health & safety regulations Requirements:

MRICS status preferred, with minimum 3 years PQE - Or a candidate nearing the completion of the MRICS qual
Strong technical expertise in building surveying
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Resilient, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Access to a vehicle and a clean driving license
Hybrid Role
Salary - £45,00 to £60,000 (DOE)
Location - Orpington
