Band 5 – £35,763 - £43,466 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata

This role provides a vaccination service to housebound patients in the borough of Bromley. After completion of the vaccination programme the role can evolve into a community nurse position.

Responsibilities

• Provide vaccinations to housebound patients within Bromley.
• Contribute to holistic assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
• Implement, monitor and maintain high standards of care.
• Re‑assess and re‑evaluate programmes of care when needed.
• Support in‑house mentorship training scheme with placement students and staff.
• Actively share best practice with the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Community Nurse with band 5 experience.
• Essential car user: must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible/ad‑hoc hours.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
