** This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
** The role sits within our Client Services team at Wasserman Live, based in Orpington. You’ll be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focusing on established or new accounts delivering a range of exciting events across various sports and events. You will work across the entire life cycle of projects and prominent events, involved in every element of our event delivery from start to finish.

Project planning across these events is central to what we do, and you’ll also be involved in client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, administration and project support, as well as on-site crew management and stakeholder liaison.

The job role will include tasks and responsibilities such as:
** THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
** Experience with in a similar role is preferred.

Experience of event management and on-site delivery of projects preferable. Ability to multi-task - you will be working across a number of activities at the same time, delivering consistently high quality work to tight deadlines is key.

Good communication skills across a variety of formats including verbal, written and presentational.

A high proficiency of numeracy and literacy, including knowledge and capability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook.

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

Problem solving – excellent ability to problem solve, ability to identify risks and issues and come up with innovative solutions to resolve.

Ability to meet challenges and quickly deliver workable solutions in demanding environments. Time management skills, working both independently and as part of a wider team.  Ability to prioritise to meet challenging deadlines. Ability to take responsibility for your own work. Open to feedback from clients and colleagues, ability to reflect, review and learn. Flexibility – willingness to work as a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive working attitude, supporting others and picking up a range of tasks when needed in order to adapt to the needs of the project/client.

Juggling multiple projects simultaneously and managing your own priorities to deliver seamlessly for our clients. Ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating confidence and decision making qualities.

Knowledge of, and passion for, sport is a bonus.
