** We’re looking for a talented
** 3D Visual Designer
** to join our team, creating high-impact visualisations for
** large global sporting events, brand, retail and event activations, permeant and temporary fit-outs**. This role requires a creative thinker with strong technical skills to bring concepts to life through cutting-edge 3D design.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Develop
** 3D models and high-quality renderings**, transforming creative briefs into compelling visuals.
* Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure accuracy in visual storytelling.
* Utilise the latest visualisation techniques to enhance project impact.
* Attend
** site surveys
** to gather key project details.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Apply a strong understanding of
** brands and brand application
** across various environments.
** Essential

Skills & Experience:

**
* ** Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5** (essential), along with
** 3D Studio Max or Maya, V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Lumion,
** with
** Illustrator and Photoshop
** being an advantage.
* Strong spatial awareness and ability to visualise complex environments.
* Understanding of ergonomics and functional design principles.
* Experience in
** event and exhibition design**, including production processes.
