Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and commercial work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, every day may be different. You will be the all around handyman. We are looking for someone extremely trusting and reliable with a can do attitude!

You are hard-working, team player, can take orders and take criticism. Looking for someone who is wanting to learn and grow with every task they are given.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, use, operate, and/or test machinery or equipment

Heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time

uses a variety of tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices

Gather, compact and dump trash from property

Landscaping/Gardening work

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance

Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry, General contracting and construction

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom

Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
