Hourly Wage: $17 per hour, DOE

Location: Oroville, CA

Shift: 9am-9pm Friday-Sunday

Level of Care: persons served require personal care, increased/line of sight supervision, support in activities of daily living, transportation, support in remaining safe in the community, enhanced behavioral support, and regimented daily activities.

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience, but willing to train the right employee.
• Eligible to work in the caregiving field.
• Clean driving record and ability to be insured preferred but not required.
• Able to maintain focus and remain on task for long periods of time.
• Expected to work effectively on a team and follow plan objectives.
• Able and willing to work with challenging behaviors such as aggression, elopement, property damage, and other crisis situations. This includes certification in PCM and/or Ukeru.
• Passionate for changing lives and rising to the challenge.
• Committed to upholding the highest standards of care and ethical conduct.
