** Join Our Dynamic Team as a PACU Registered Nurse (RN)!** - Are you ready to make a significant impact in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit? - Join a collaborative team of Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and Surgical staff, where your skills and expertise will shine! - Take charge of patient care by applying the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and hospital policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Hold shift accountability for delivering exceptional care to Post Anesthesia Care patients.
- Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities effectively, considering the education and experience of staff.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel in delivering top-notch patient care. Position Details:
- Shift: 3/12's from 0800 - 2030 - On Call: 1 - 12 hour call ) weekly and 2 - 24hr call on weekends ) every 6 weeks.
- Requirements:
Active AZ RN License, BLS, ACLS & PALS Certification.
- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a PACU setting.
- Scrub Color:
