Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)!

- Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of patients in a fast-paced environment?
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team on the Night Shift (1900 - 0730).
- Enjoy guaranteed 36 hours per week with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process and in compliance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Lead and plan for patient care, showing initiative in anticipating needs.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to the team delivering patient care.

What You’ll Need:

- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
- Must be willing to float to different departments as needed.
- Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
- Preferred certifications: TNCC or CPI, NIH.

- Experience with Cerner is a must.
