Position: CHS Travel: CT Scan Tech / Radiology (R)

Position Information

The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The Technologist must be licensed by the state as a general radiographer and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under the supervision of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.

Demonstrating proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.

Processing of CT systems, surgical/sterile procedures, and studies with or without contrast media, along with cross-sectional anatomy knowledge.

Shift Details

(3x12s) 1730 - 0600 - Night Shift - Sun/Mon/Tues

36 Hrs. Guaranteed

Requirements

AZ License & BLS Required
2+ years of hospital CT experience
Cerner experience preferred
