Physical Therapist – Baltimore, MD | Monday–Friday Day Shifts
Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver compassionate care in a collaborative rehab setting in Baltimore, Maryland. This assignment is ideal for clinicians who value consistent weekday hours, high standards of care, and working with a supportive team.

Monday through Friday - Start date:
ASAP - Setting:
Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility - Productivity requirement: 90%
- Duration: 13‑week assignment (potential for extension)
- EMR system:
Rehab Optima experience preferred
- Valid Maryland Physical Therapist license
- SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
- Strong documentation, assessment, and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
