What You’ll Be Doing
Participating in our structured ride-along training program

• Assisting lead technicians with installs, repairs, and maintenance
• Installing HVAC systems including mechanical and electronic components
• Installing ductwork (flex and sheet metal)
• Performing maintenance to ensure safe and efficient system operation
• Taking notes, learning daily, and growing your technical skill set
• Supporting the Service Manager when assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in a mechanical field
• Prior use of hand tools
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Available Monday–Friday, Saturdays as needed
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication
