• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity.
