The eight-week program
, beginning on June 8, 2026
, is designed to introduce students to the commercial insurance industry and help prepare them for a career after graduation. Interns will participate in project‑based assignments, collaborate on sales projects, and deliver competitive presentations with other regional internship programs.
- Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Sales and Operations
- Commercial Employee Benefits Sales and Operations
- Partnerships with key insurance carrier and wholesaler brokers
- Collaborate closely with Regional Division Leaders and dedicated mentors.
- Engage in structured training sessions and industry‑specific projects.
- Work on cross‑functional, collaborative sales projects.
- Present findings in competitive presentations with other internship cohorts.
- Develop a solid understanding of Foundation Risk Partners’ services and the commercial insurance industry.
- Actively enrolled in college.
- Rising junior or senior in a relevant major.
- Interest in pursuing a career in insurance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Initiative and motivation to succeed.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Involvement in school organizations and extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
