• AA or BS in Exercise Science, Athletic Training or a related field with Anatomy & Physiology coursework
• Fitness industry experience
• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales
• Energetic, forward‑thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
• Well‑organized and self‑directed team player
• Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information
• Detail‑oriented individual

The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for driving studio sales/memberships and studio operations.

• Drive studio revenue through membership sales
• Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking
• Proficiency in Club Ready, including revenue and attendance reports
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google applications, social media, and email
• Lead and work harmoniously with co‑workers, clients and the general public
