• Lead and support the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Deliver great service: greet customers, assist with purchases, and resolve issues professionally. Build positive relationships with regular guests.
• Manage the store: keep it clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
• Drive efficiency: manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

• Experience:
  
  2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Skills:
  
  strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Flexibility: willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Mobility: valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
