• Oversees general accounting functions, including accounts payable, payroll, and monthly financial statement preparation.
• Analyzes healthcare finance operating metrics and key indicators with excellent analytical skills.
• Provides leadership and support to staff, including training, guidance, troubleshooting, issue escalation, and project prioritization.
• Identifies and resolves problems in accounting and reporting processes, initiating changes to improve processes.
• Leads and supports continuous improvement activities by analyzing metrics and implementing system modifications and process changes.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's (Required), Master’s
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
