Position Overview

Saints and Sinners, part of the Ed Morse Automotive Group, is currently seeking Event Staff Cooks for Saints & Sinners Pub to work during Bike Week 2026.

Temporary Staff will be needed from Wednesday, February 25, 2026 - Sunday, March 9, 2026 minimum. Opportunities for additional work based on need. Pay will depend on experience.

To prepare food for costumers from point of sale printers. Make sure the food has proper presentation and cooked to proper temperatures as described in the Cooks Recipe Manual.

• Ensure an environment in which high standards of food quality exist for our guest.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness when preparing meals for guest.
• Responsible for maintaining stock, preparing raw foods, and conducting shift inventory.
• Prepare food for buffets per standards.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation as required by local health departments.
• Ensure a sense of urgency with all task.
• Perform all opening and closing side duties.
• Assist the Chef with all other duties assigned and banquets.
• Speak to every employee and guest you come in contact with.
• Exemplify the Forbes Hamilton Standards of Excellence.
• From time to time you may be asked to assist with other duties such as Dish Washer when business levels warrant.

• 3 to 5 years Cooking experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem solving skills.
• Interpersonal and time management skills.
• Guest relation skills.
• Adaptability
• Must be available to work February 25 through March 8, 2026
