Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Department Managers also handle Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Specific duties by department include:

• Guest Service Department Manager: Oversee service quality, promotions, and crew training; manage Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure high‑quality, fast food service, food safety, food cost control, and crew training for production procedures.
• People Department Manager: Recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals; motivate and recognize employees.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned store.
