Hours:

Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm;
Weekend on‑call rotation.

• Maintain open communication with the case manager, primary therapist, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate interdisciplinary continuity of care and discharge planning.
• Maintain productivity standards as defined by the department and adjust work hours to meet patient needs. achievement.
• Participating in departmental meetings, education sessions, and performance improvement initiatives to maintain clinical competencies and adhere to professional and evidence‑based practices.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate with the Physical Therapist for necessary adjustments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree (/shop) – Required
• Basic Life Support – CPR certification (BLS)
• RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement certification
• Driver’s License (DL)
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license – EV Accredited Issuing Body
