Advent Health Medical Group is seeking dedicated and team-oriented Hospitalists to join our growing inpatient teams in the East Florida Division
. This is a full‑time employed position with a 7 on / 7 off schedule
, working 12‑hour shifts totaling 182 shifts annually
.

Our hospitalist teams are well‑supported, highly collegial, and committed to delivering whole‑person care that reflects Advent Healths mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ
.

• Block schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
• 12‑hour shifts: 7 AM - 7 PM (day) or 7 PM - 7 AM (night)
• Epic EMR across all campuses
• Opportunities to work at multiple locations in Volusia and Lake counties
• Strong specialist support and collaborative team environment
• No procedures required; optional if desired
• Night positions include support from APPs (site dependent)

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA license
• Team‑first mindset and strong communication skills
• Commitment to high‑quality, compassionate patient care
