• Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy services in a home health setting

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Current PT license in Florida
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• 1+ year of experience required;
  Home Health experience preferred
