Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle School Science Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and inspiring young minds to explore the world of science. As a Middle School Science Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing a safe and positive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state and national standards
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Create a safe and positive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance student learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Attend professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in science education

Requirements- Practicing Catholic preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Science Education or related field
- State teaching certification in Science Education

- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
