This is a full-time, on-site role as a Wrap & Sign Shop Designer based in Ormond Beach, FL. The Designer will be responsible for creating custom vehicle wrap designs, producing high-quality graphics for print and application, and collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life. Day-to-day tasks include working with graphic design software, managing production files, ensuring design accuracy, and coordinating with the production team to ensure seamless project execution.

Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential to this role.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flexi and related software
• Experience in designing artwork specifically for vehicle wraps and large format printing
• Strong creative and artistic design skills along with attention to detail for creating visually appealing and precise work
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and project timelines
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on specific technical or production constraints
• Prior experience in the signage, printing, or automotive wrap industry is highly desirable
• Familiarity with sign shop equipment and vinyl application techniques is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent education required; relevant certifications or a degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
