Position Purpose
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
- Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
- Load and unload the delivery trucks.
- Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

None
- Minimal to none; role is primarily based in the branch/warehouse.
- Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.
- Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.
- Work performed in a warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperatures.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.
- Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- None.
- At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.
- Forklift Certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training).
