Warehouse Associate

Chez Trade is a growing e-commerce fulfillment company opening our Florida warehouse facility. We provide "Fulfilled by Chez Trade" logistics for online sellers receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders for e-commerce brands.

We’re building our first Florida team and looking for reliable, detail-oriented to grow with us.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll handle the full fulfillment cycle for our e-commerce clients:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments from suppliers
• Verify quantities and check for damage
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse shelves
• Repack items securely for outbound shipping
• Print and apply accurate shipping labels (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS)
• Prepare shipments for carrier pickup and ensure on-time dispatch
• Scan tracking information and update order status in our system
• Maintain accurate transaction records using Google Sheets/Excel
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Work with our warehouse management system (WMS) for order tracking

• At least 6 months of warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) - you’ll use these daily
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Reliable transportation to our Cocoa facility
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day

• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL operations
• Familiarity with shipping carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) and their systems
• Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse management software
• Forklift certification (not required, we can train)

• Competitive pay: $15-17/hour based on experience

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday (with occasional Saturday during peak periods)
• Day shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
• Overtime available during busy seasons
