Bilingual Warehouse Worker Job Description

The role involves independently managing tasks in a new warehouse, including loading and unloading finished products and trim. The candidate will occasionally interact with customers, necessitating bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include following work orders, labeling products, and maintaining efficient communication with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload finished products and trim in the warehouse.
  • Follow work orders in English and accurately label products.
  • Communicate efficiently with customers in both Spanish and English.
  • Handle materials, including lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
  • Operate a forklift for material handling and inventory tasks.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in operating a forklift.
  • Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Energetic, dependable, and a fast learner.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle forms and inventory.
Additional

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in trim and door handling is preferred.
  • Experience with picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Independent and capable of learning quickly, with training provided on different types of doors based on labels.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a 3700 sq ft new warehouse, which is partially a showroom. The environment is non-climate controlled, requiring steel-toed boots as part of the dress code. The role operates Monday to Friday, from 5 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
