Warehouse Operations Specialist
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for various tasks, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management, while collaborating with project managers to coordinate shipments.
Responsibilities- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate shipping activities and set up shipments according to project schedules.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Perform data entry and use Microsoft Office for logistical documentation.
- Proficient in shipping and receiving operations.
- Experienced in operating forklifts.
- Strong inventory control and warehouse coordination skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, including SAP.
- Competent in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with logistics and dispatch operations.
- Understanding of bill of materials and material handling processes.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
