Contract: 6+ Months

B-shift, M-F, 3PM-12AM

C-shift, F-M, 12 HRS 6AM-6:30 PM

D-shift, F-M, 12 HRS 6PM-6:30 AM

A-shift, M-F, 6AM-4:30PM

Pay Range: $28/hr. on W2

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect shipments
• Perform quality control checks
• Document receipts and complete work orders
• Conduct data entry in inventory management systems
• Package, sort, stage, label, and mark inventory
• Assign and audit storage locations
• Operate heavy equipment and forklifts (if qualified)
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE appropriately

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fulfillment center operations (receiving, inventory, packing)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Effective communication in technical environments
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material
• Commitment to safety and inclusion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or certifications (APICS, Lean Six Sigma)
• Aerospace industry experience in warehouse/inventory roles
