Position Responsibilities
- Utilize transportation management system to create and update load diagrams that promote operational efficiency and ensure safety standards are met
- Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting
- Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Timely completion of Plan Stops/No Actual (PSNAs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation
- Daily execution of Unassigned Vehicle Activity (UVA) tasks in XRS to track and manage vehicle assignments effectively
- Conduct daily camera review processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 3 plus years of related experience
