Loadmode LLC is hiring experienced OTR company team drivers!

Regular Routes + Consistent Miles + Constant and Great Pay + 48 States (OTR) + Great Miles + Stability

We offer a great team of very experienced dispatchers to provide extensive loads on dedicated lanes
.

• Team drivers are paid $0.85 per mile (from about $2,550 per week per driver).
• Expected 6,000+ miles per week consistently.
• Operate 2023–2026 fully equipped and well-maintained trucks.
• 24/7 dispatch support to keep you rolling.
• More than 25 dedicated lanes across all 48 states.
• Fuel card provided.
• 3–4 weeks out with 3–4 days at home.
• Payment following week.

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience on CDL Class A license.
• No DUI or SAP history whatsoever.
• Must pass the road test.

• Owner Operators are also welcome. Your truck can be any year but must be in good condition to pass DOT inspection.
