Scheduler / Dispatcher – Transportation Operations

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting

Scheduler/Dispatcher with Hours of Service (HOS) experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced transportation professional looking to contribute to an established company and grow into expanded responsibilities.

• Schedule and dispatch professional drivers efficiently.
• Monitor and manage Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.
• Communicate with drivers during assignments, delays, and breakdowns.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve service issues.
• Ensure drivers comply with uniform, safety, and company policies.
• Assemble, distribute, and track work tickets and assignments.

• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Hours of Service regulations.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with drivers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive, professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
