Details- Location: Wally Park Orlando
- Pay: $17.00/hr + Full‑time
- Schedule: Afternoons + Overnight shifts available
- Requirements: Must have a DOT medical card & valid DL for 3+ years with good driving record
The Supervisor will manage one of our working shifts, overseeing direct reports, task instructions, attendance, KPIs, recordkeeping, and performance reviews. Excellent communication and a passion for excellence are essential; prior leadership experience is a plus.
PrincipalJob Duties
- Ensuring employees meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving work hours.
- Ensuring great customer service at all levels.
- Dispatching with shuttle drivers.
- Greeting customers and directing them where to park.
- Assisting customers during checkout.
- Driving shuttles periodically.
- Being flexible for operation needs and schedule (evenings and weekends).
- Safely operating company vehicles.
- Performing “GET 100” (Greet, Engage, Thank the Guest) consistently.
- Assisting passengers during boarding and exiting, including ADA passengers.
- Communicating effectively within a team to maximize productivity.
- Working independently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.
- DOT certified.
- Compliance with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
- English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
- Valid Driver’s License with passenger endorsement if applicable.
- Successful completion of a DOT physical examination.
- Flexibility in hours, including weekends or holidays.
- Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently during a shift.
- Willingness to work in inclement weather.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience with general facility maintenance required.
- Experience in customer relations.
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license to operate maintenance vehicles.
- Professional and effective communication.
- Flexibility to work multiple facility locations.
- Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Independent decision‑making with firmness.
- Sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Strong team building and interpersonal skills.
- Lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently.
- Continuous vision, hearing, and speaking required.
- Operate machinery including a golf cart.
Motor vehicle operation, two‑way radios, smartphone.
Environmental FactorsExposure to noise, vibration, physical hazards, extreme temperature, wetness, and humidity.
Non‑Physical Demands- Occasional emergency situations, irregular schedule/overtime, tedious or exacting work, noisy/distractions.
