Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Storeroom Attendant / Forklift Operator in Orlando, FL. The role supports warehouse fulfillment across the U.S.

• Hourly Pay: $17.39 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $26.08 per hour

  First Shift Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License certified
• Must have a clean driving record and personal vehicle with travel within area approximately 25‑50 % of the day
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet Ryder’s driving qualifications
• Strong technical aptitude using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners and entering orders into a WMS System
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 35 lbs when lifting/pushing/pulling
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, stand for long periods, and work in a flexible schedule across shifts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team, and within a diverse environment
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual and accurate under pressure
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels
• Demonstrates high level of accuracy, excellent follow‑up practices
• Performs work autonomously with minimal supervision

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Responsible for accurate picking, packing, auditing, packaging, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Perform other duties as assigned
