Cylinder Filler​/Backup Driver

We are hiring a Cylinder Filler/Backup Driver in Orlando, FL (MD) - Filling medical.

Orlando, FL.

Operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle, transporting individual gas cylinders to other Airgas locations. Provide cost and delivery information, foster strong customer relationships, maintain accurate load manifests, monitor and adjust cylinder levels to prevent emergencies, and handle safe loading/unloading of cylinders and hard goods.

• Operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle and transport cylinders.
• Maintain accurate load manifests and documents.
• Foster strong customer relationships, provide cost and delivery information.
• Monitor and adjust cylinder levels to prevent emergencies.
• Analyze and solve customer inquiries.
• Safely load/unload, deliver, and retrieve cylinders and hard goods.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Class B CDL.
• Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days of being hired.
• Successful completion of Airgas Background and Motor Vehicle Check.
• DOT clearinghouse verification from previous employers.
• Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs. and occasionally lift >100 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing temperatures.
• Ability to maintain a drug‑free workplace.
• Adherence to safety regulations and policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience.
• Touch freight delivery experience.
