Job Description:

Delivers orders to all Nutritional Services locations, other hospital departments, and external customers on schedule, ensuring products are loaded securely and undamaged. Pulls and fills orders for external customers and FPC production areas, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely documentation of discrepancies. Checks received orders against purchase orders for accuracy, monitors food and truck temperatures, and stores products according to FIFO stock rotation.

Maintains a well-organized warehouse floor and dock area, assists with inventory, and ensures out-of-date products are removed from rotation. Ensures compliance with Safety and Sanitation Standards and HACCP procedures, operating equipment safely and driving trucks in accordance with traffic laws and policies. Serves as a customer service liaison, communicating issues and feedback to warehouse leadership and promoting FPC products and services.

Maintains pallet jacks and lifts, assists in delivering and transporting equipment, and helps maintain the off-site equipment warehouse. Assists customers in receiving orders by reviewing paperwork for accuracy and communicating variances to the warehouse buyer. Transfers cash deposits, interoffice mail, invoices, and receiving documents promptly and securely to appropriate personnel. Assists with truck maintenance, including cleaning and refueling, and ensures the truck's refrigerator/freezer is functioning properly.

Communicates customer issues and feedback clearly and timely to warehouse leadership. Performs other duties as assigned.

Commercial Drivers License (CDL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack certification (FKLT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Serve Safe Certification (SERV) - Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$15.69 - $25.10
