We are hiring reliable CDL A Team Drivers for OTR Dry Van routes. Drivers operate well‑maintained equipment and run consistent long‑haul freight. This position is ideal for teams looking for stable weekly miles and professionally managed logistics support.

• Mileage Pay: Average 5,000–7,000 team miles per week, paid per mile (75‑80 cpm)
• OR
• Percentage Pay: Percentage of weekly gross revenue (30%) (average weekly gross for the truck ranges from $13,000–$17,000, depending on lanes and market conditions)

• Valid CDL Class A
• Minimum 1 year of OTR experience preferred
• Ability to run as a team
• Safe driving record
• Must comply with all DOT regulations

• Operate a 53 ft Dry Van safely and professionally
• Complete ELD logs and required paperwork accurately
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, issues, or delays
• Maintain equipment in clean and safe condition
