ONE HOLDING is hiring experienced CDL‑A TEAM OTR drivers with 1 or more years of verifiable experience. We are not a starter company. We are seeking drivers who are already earning and want to earn more.

PAY MATCH Guarantee – You will always earn more than your current job. Bring your most recent settlement sheet or paystub. We will match your current rate and add 2–5 cents per mile more.

High TEAM Pay – Up to $0.90 per mile – Teams with 2+ years experience earn up to $0.90 CPM. Weekly average pay per driver: $2,800 – $3,500+. Loyalty Bonus: $5,000 after 104 weeks.

• No mountain states (No Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Utah)
• Only safe and compliant 32‑state controlled network
• No high‑risk areas, no forced dispatch
• Dry van, and lightweight loads
• 1099 Position – Higher Take‑Home Pay

TEAM OTR Drivers – Primary Hiring Focus
Pay up to $0.90 CPM
5,000–6,500 miles per week
Average weekly pay: $2,800–$3,500 per driver

TEAM Dedicated Lane Drivers
Pay up to $0.75 CPM
Predictable lanes and miles

Owner Operators – Teams Preferred
12% dispatch fee only
Fuel card and plate program
No trailer fee

Solo and Student positions are extremely limited.

• Minimum 12 months of verifiable CDL‑A experience
• No DUI or reckless driving
• Maximum 2 preventable accidents
• Must pass road test and drug test
• TEAM drivers strongly preferred
