Job Summary Details:The Lead Aircraft Cabin Agent is responsible for directing, cleaning aircraft interiors—including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin area—and ensuring correct safety cards are placed in each seat‑back. The Agent also provisions linens and headsets and performs security searches where applicable, inspecting under passenger seats, tray tables, seat‑backs, and life vest pouches to keep the aircraft free of debris.
Responsibilities:- Distribute a cleaning schedule to cabin team members and allocate agents to designated aircraft zones.
- Maintain and distribute all cabin cleaning supplies and tools to team members.
- Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Direct and clean aircraft interiors within appropriate time frames, including:
- Crew rest & bunk areas
- Lavatories
- Galleys
- Cabin area
- Provisioning—ensuring seat‑back safety cards and headsets are properly placed
- Security searches of seat‑backs and life vest pouches, if applicable

Physical Demands:- Stand, walk, and climb stairs for 2/3 or more of the work shift.
- Use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the shift.
- Lift 75 pounds or more for up to 2/3 of the shift.
- Moderate to high noise level.
- Exposure to a variety of weather conditions while traveling to and from aircraft on the ramp.
Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in English, read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks.
Reasoning Ability:- Comply with the Company’s uniform and grooming standards and wear SIDA badge/Airport all times.
High school diploma or GED required.
Fluency in English is essential for effective customer communication and for understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Experience:Previous supervisory, airport, housekeeping, and/or service‑related experience preferred.
