About This RoleThe SCM program is designed to train and qualify program members to provide “right seat support” for our clients attending FAA approved 14 CFR 142 and authorized contract training 14 CFR 135 curriculum courses at our facilities in Orlando, Florida. This on‑call position requires local candidates who can assist during flight simulator training events.
Qualifications- Commercial Pilot or Airline Transport Pilot certificate
- Airplane Multi‑Engine Land (MEL)
- Instrument rating airplane multi‑engine land, with 50 hours of multi‑engine and instrument experience
- 400 hours Total Time (100 hours of turbine, preferred)
- Available for a minimum of 35 events in a 12‑month period to stay current and receive recurrent training
- Must live within the Orlando area
- Must be able to commit 10–15 days of work a month
- Scheduling is at a minimum of 4 hours at a time and could be scheduled 24/7

Job DescriptionINDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR – Fulfills the “Pilot Monitoring” role during Flight Simulator training. Attends all elements of the training event to support client’s training and learning experience, including pre‑flight and post‑flight briefings. Maintains professional in all interactions with clients and instructors. Completes necessary forms and checklists as required for pilot monitoring role.
Incumbent in this role would generally work on simple and defined unskilled tasks requiring limited judgment. Position requires basic skills and little to no prior work experience.
