Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of catering up to and including loading equipment onto the truck, driving the truck to the A/C, loading galleys according to customer guidelines, offloading dirty equipment, and placing dirty equipment and trash in the designated area
• Other duties assigned by management.

• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and/or cold environment
• Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/stand for entire work shift
• Must have good organizational skills and adapt to frequent changes
• Must be able to pass a 10‑year FBI criminal background check to obtain an airport SIDA/AOA badge
• Must follow all Ramp, AOA, Safety and Security Rules and Regulations
• Must have the ability to push up to 70 lbs with the use of rolling carts and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment
• Ability to interpret and comprehend Menu and Flight Galley Specifications
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Must successfully complete an on‑the‑job driver training program
• Must possess interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a professional appearance and attitude
• Must possess basic math skills
• Must be able to apply safety standards
• Must be able to use mobile shelving, carts, ramps, and related airline catering equipment
• Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, which includes nights, weekends and holidays and is subject to change due to shift bidding
